Present your project, share its concept and goals, and provide detailed explanations about the intentions for the space. I also encourage you to articulate your desires and expectations, allowing us to establish a clear foundation for our collaboration.
2. Environmental Evaluation:
I observe the weather conditions, micro-climates, and property layout, assess the environment, and explore the possibilities for both humans and wildlife to thrive. This is a crucial step to unveil opportunities for sustainable enhancements tailored to the unique characteristics of the land. (possible in virtual mode)
3. Diagnostic Report and Proposal:
Receive a detailed diagnosis of your property's and project's current state, outlining specific areas for improvement or enhancement. I will present you with a curated array of options, each designed to seamlessly enhance the sustainability of your project while harmonizing with the environment.
4. Collaborative Decision-Making:
Together we select the most fitting sustainable solutions, ensuring they align seamlessly with your unique vision. we decide on plans, roles and road maps for the project and start the Transformation stage.

All decisions made in the consultation stage will be written and laid out with a Road map that shows all the steps and the goals
I ensure the seamless execution of the chosen upgrades and goals. I'll be in touch with all relevant parts of the team (designers, architects, constructors, staff, etc) to make sure everyone is on board with the vision.
I will be present for important moments of the process, if possible in person but possibly online.
